The group is experienced in handling the labour aspects of mergers and takeovers, as well as employee transfers, social security matters and terminations. It is adept at drafting internal regulations and collective contracts and regularly handles union matters and collective bargaining. Ernesto Fiore leads the team, advising on social security matters and collective bargaining processes. Fiore is also experienced in contentious labour matters, including at the arbitration level, handling unfair dismissal, harassment and discrimination claims.
