Hernández & Cía's June 2024-hire of Pamela Arce (formerly counsel at De Bracamonte - Haaker - Castellares) as head of the bankruptcy and restructuring team puts the firm squarely on the map for such matters. Arce spent a decade as an associate at leading bankrupcty specialists Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas and will lead a group that also includes fellow partner José Goyburu and senior associate Julien Labory-Alicq.
