Led by well-regarded practitioners José Antonio Payet and Susan Castillo, the corporate and M&A department at Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez Abogados continues to be active in M&A deals, despite the slow market. It has recently advised on a number of cross-border transactions and often works as local counsel or co-counsel for large international law firms, as well as acting as lead counsel to buyers, sellers, investment banks, private equity firms and family businesses.
