Rubio Leguía Normand offers strength in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions under the leadership of Andrés Kuan-Veng, who has 20 years of experience in corporate work and has handled high-profile deals in the energy and infrastructure sectors; he also offers ancillary expertise in banking, finance and capital markets matters and is supported by Carlos Enrique Arata, who advises on corporate takeover bids, plans of arrangement and restructurings.
