Hernández & Cía‘s dispute resolution practice is co-led by finance sector specialist Jorge Luis Zubiate and expert in international arbitration Caterina Miró Quesada. Recent work handled by the practice includes counselling clients including the Republic of Peru, Supermercados Peruanos and Mexichem Peru in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. The team's varied caseload includes disputes involving tax, M&A, energy, construction and infrastructure-related issues. Associate Renzo Saavedra is also a key contact, with a specialism in contractual disputes.
