Four partners lead the team: Luis Alberto Liñán, who specialises in judicial and arbitration proceedings in the mining, commerce, finance and telecoms sectors; Karina Urquizo, who has noted expertise in civil, commercial and ICSID arbitrations; Javier Ferrero, who draws on experience representing clients in investment arbitrations before ICSID and international commercial arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules; and Michelle Barclay, who advises companies on infrastructure projects and PPPs. Carlos Hamann specialises in natural resources and energy disputes; Ramón Huapaya, for his part, has experience in arbitral procedures related to government contracts.
