With experience and clients across the oil and gas, electricity, food and drink, and real estate sectors, it is nevertheless in the mining sector where Hernández & Cía's environmental practice plays to its full strength. The practice is co-led by Luis Felipe Huertas Del Pino and Miyanou Dufour, with the former specialising in environmental compliance and regulatory advice as well as the development of mining projects, and the latter responsible for handling the corporate, M&A and financial aspects of mining transactions.
