Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas assists clients with labour procedures, gender equality and sexual harassment matters, and labour issues arising from M&A transactions. María Haydee Zegarra co-leads the practice group, providing expert advice on hiring and termination matters, collective bargaining and outsourcing, and is highlighted for her work in company equity policies. Experienced arbitrator Omar Díaz Ramírez also co-leads the team, advising on compliance matters, policy development, M&A and employment agreements.
