Co-leading the practice are: Gerardo Soto, who brings valuable expertise in highly regulated industries and in administrative procedures gained from his previous role as a lead counsel at OSIPTEL; and Jorge Lazarte, an administrative law specialist and President of the Association for the Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers, who re-joined the firm in September 2023.
