PricewaterhouseCoopers Peru provides consultancy services and litigation advice, working in tandem with its large global network and leveraging its sizeable tax team. Core areas of focus for the practice include cross-border transactions, transfer pricing and, with regards to contentious issues, the representation of clients before administrative and judicial courts. The team is jointly led by Arturo Tuesta, Miguel Puga and Lourdes Chau, with Tuesta bringing 30 years of experience in transactional matters, wealth management and tax auditing to the team, and Puga handling consulting and transfer pricing. Gino Menchola is another key member of the team. In recent team developments, Sergio Vega-León joined from Deloitte in February 2023, while Roberto Polo left the firm in June 2024.
