- Represented BITEL against INDECOPI in a $15m suit at the Supreme Court, related to the agency's administrative decision regarding the illegality of the fees charged by the Telecommunications Ministry for radio electric spectrum usage.
- Represented BITEL in an administrative case against OSIPTEL (and before INDECOPI) regarding the legality of certain contracting modalities in the acquisition of telephone lines by consumers which represent approximately $10m annually.
