- Represented the RATCH Group PCL on its $605m acquisition of the Nexif Energy Group, a renewable energy platform with wind, solar and hydro energy assets across the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Australia.
- Represented FLOW Digital Infrastructure on its joint venture with AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp to develop carrier-neutral data centers across the Philippines.
- Represented Macquarie Digital Tower Pte. Limited ("MacCap") and Phil-Tower Consortium Inc. ("PTCI") in its acquisition and financing of 1,350 telecommunications towers located primarily in the Philippine regions of Visayas and Mindanao from Globe Telecom Inc (Globe), and the construction of an additional build to suit towers.
