The banking and finance team at Dentons boasts extensive knowledge in the real estate and renewable energy industries, with particular expertise across project, acquisition, corporate and export financing, as well as regulatory and restructuring mandates. Corporate financing expert Bartosz Nojek and Mark Segall now jointly spearhead the practice since former practice head Piotr Nerwiński departed the firm in November 2024, with a team of six lawyers, including Paweł Długoborski and Justyna Jamroży. Another key member of the team is Tomasz Zwoliński, who is dual-qualified in Poland and England. In other team news, Aleksander Haleniuk joined the firm from DLA Piper Giziński Kycia sp.k. at the beginning of 2025 alongside three associates, bolstering its expertise in infrastructure and energy finance deals, and Marta Piotrkowicz arrived from DWF Poland Jamka Sp.k.
