Advising Nokia Solutions and Networks on the execution of a PLN 2.7bn contract to deploy a nationwide turnkey GSM-R and mission-critical backhaul network.
Represented Eurocash S.A. in overturning a fine imposed by the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office, of approximately PLN 76m for alleged abuse of contractual advantage against its suppliers.
