Following the merger of BSJP and bnt at the beginning of 2023, resulting in the establishment of BSJP bnt Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Sroka Nilsson Zamorska Sp.k., Daniel Gößling and Michał Brach were added to the dispute resolution team's bench. The team represents Polish and international clients before common and arbitration courts of all instances, and disputes surrounding infrastructure projects are a staple of the practice. Krzysztof Kowalczyk continues to head up the department, and he has expertise in representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings concerning FIDIC contracts, real estate and infrastructure projects.
