In April 2023, Dentons saw the appointment of Anna Pukszto to co-managing partner; she also oversees the general commercial disputes practice with a specialism in restructuring and financial litigation. The dispute resolution group is further divided into sub-teams: arbitration is overseen by Michał Jochemczak; construction disputes are headed up by Agnieszka Wojciechowska; and white-collar crime cases are led by Agnieszka Wardak. Its client base consists of major players from highly regulated industries, including the finance, energy, life sciences and healthcare, media, telecoms, and real estate sectors. Wojciech Kozłowski  and Katarzyna Bilewska  left the firm to establish BLSK in June 2023.
