Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. in the implementation of amulti-phase investment project involving the construction of an offshore wind farm with a planned capacity of approximately 1.5 GW.
Acting as lead local counsel to Ocean Wind in connection with the project financing of the client’s first offshore wind farm project (BC-Wind) in Poland.
