Both public and private clients across the energy, infrastructure, construction, healthcare and defence sectors regularly instruct DLA Piper Giziński Kycia sp.k.'s cross-practice public procurement group. The ‘outstanding’ team comprises an array of lawyers from the firm’s corporate, commercial and dispute resolution practices, and supports clients in matters ranging from legislation drafting to implementing of PPP projects. The team is co-led by infrastructure and project finance expert Adriana Mierzwa-Bronikowska; Andrzej Balicki, who ’combines business acumen with terrific legal skills’ and is a key contact for clients from the healthcare and life sciences sectors; and co-managing partner and head of the litigation and regulatory practices Krzysztof Kycia. Also notable are Magdalena Zabłocka-Foulkes, who co-heads the firm’s projects team and is active in the infrastructure arena, and Bartłomiej Ślemp, noted for his expertise in the transportation, water management, and renewable energy sectors. Michał Orzechowski handles matters related to state aid and competition, and works closely with the firm’s Brussels office. Piotr Gałązka and Jolanta Dąbrowicz are also active team members.
