At Dentons the tax practice has strong expertise in the energy, real estate, technology, TMT, infrastructure, pharmaceutical and finance sectors. Its broad offering encompasses transfer pricing, tax litigation, grants and incentives-related matters. Utilising its global network, the team is well versed in advising on cross-border mandates. Cezary Przygodzki head up the tax team and is particular well versed in international tax planning and M&A structuring. Tax litigation expert Aleksandra Rutkowska is another active member of the practice, alongside Dagmara Cisowska, who specialises in transfer pricing matters. Mateusz Machalski joined the team from EY Law in April 2023 and specialises in indirect taxes, specifically VAT.
