Kochanski & Partners‘ technology and media team has a strong focus on new technologies, cyberspace, and the metaverse; specifically, it has particular expertise advising clients on mandates surrounding NFTs, blockchain, AI and crypto-assets, and has the capabilities to support clients with both contractual mandates and contentious work. Piotr Kochański took over leaderhship of the team following the departure of previous practice heads Agnieszka Chrzanowska and Lukasz Wegrzyn in the spring of 2023; the former established her own practice and the latter joined Osborne Clarke.
