- Advising Floene Energias on its overall refinancing through a backstop facility of ���600m in September 2022, intended to refinance its €600m notes maturing on 19 September 2023, part of its then existing EMTN programme; an LME exercise aimed at those outstanding notes, including the tender for their purchase, and the associated financing through a €300m note facility in February 2022; and its €1bn EMTN programme update and €420m notes listed on Euronext Dublin issue in July 2023.
