With a client base spanning such sectors as government, healthcare, life sciences, entertainment, tech and telecoms, the practice’s full service covers matters ranging from negotiation and mediation to antitrust, securities and tax litigation, along with bankruptcies, restructurings and insolvencies. The practice is headed by seasoned litigator David Rivé, who brings expertise to managing government and regulatory affairs and public policy proposals, and Hermann Bauer-Álvarez, a specialist in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights claims, where he is supported by Gabriel Miranda. Other key figures include Salvador Antonetti-Stutts, who handles commercial litigation before both commonwealth and federal courts, in addition to managing insurance, antitrust, trade regulation, franchise and distribution disputes; Carlos Vázquez-Alberty, who draws on over 30 years' experience of representing clients in complex litigation and arbitration.
