  • Handled multiple anti-counterfeiting matters for Toyota de Puerto Rico arising from notices received from Customs and Border Patrol regarding the entry of merchandise bearing the Toyota trade marks, which were addressed to unauthorised sellers.
  • Filed an opposition on behalf of Viña Santa Rita to the registration of the RITA trade mark for alcoholic beverages requested to be registered by Pan American Properties, as Viña Santa Rita owns the SANTA RITA trade mark for wines.
