Members of 3PB regularly handle a range of health and safety matters, representing a wide range of clients, including local authorities, regulatory bodies, businesses, individuals, and the Health and Safety Executive. Nicholas Cotter ‘is an excellent advocate’ who ‘quickly commands the respect of the court’. He has a strong presence on the Western Circuit in this area and recently defended a company and director against a charge of corporate manslaughter following two workplace fatalities. Tom Horder both has considerable expertise in relation to health and safety matters at sea. David Richards was appointed a circuit judge in September 2023.
