The practice tends to the international, with a host of multinational clients that represent the cream of the crop when it comes to companies with operations and investments in Romania. At the helm of the practice, Horea Popescu has numerous major transactions under his belt, and also serves as managing partner of the firm’s Bucharest office. Rodica Manea is also a lawyer of considerable experience in cross-border deals, while at a more junior level, Mircea Moraru is particularly strong in the tech and energy sectors.
