Work highlights
- Assisted the Solenzara Group in its market entry in Romania by means of a brownfield investment in the acquisition of a (upholstered) furniture production facility (i.e. purchase of several plots of land with an aggregate area of ca. 1.8 ha as well as of the numerous constructions located thereupon).
- Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of the JAF Group, as vendor, in the closing stages of an M&A transaction regarding the transfer of its assets to Unilin, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries Inc.
- Assisted JLW Holding in its entry into the Romanian renewable energy market, using strategic and legal advice, as well as due diligence for a total of approx. 500 hectares of land so far.
