In September 2024, the tax department of Kinstellar completed its acquisition of Noerr’s Bucharest operations. Former Noerr tax leads Iulian Sorescu and the ‘responsible and committed’ Theodor Artenie provide comprehensive tax advice for strategic investors, international groups and domestic companies on their major greenfield investments in Romania. In addition, the team is experienced in work for German companies, has standout experience of European law and is noted for its expertise in tax matters arising out of corporate restructuring. Another key figure is senior associate Carmen Mazilu (also from Noerr).
