Zsuzsa Csiki is a Partner in our Bucharest office. She is the head of the local M&A and Corporate practice, also leading the capital markets, financial regulatory and technology, media & telecommunications practices. Zsuzsa has over 13 years of experience in advising renowned companies on local and cross-border transactions and corporate reorganisations. Her practice focuses on structuring and negotiating business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, private equity transactions, divestitures, business transfers, executive compensation and incentive equity arrangements or other general corporate matters. Zsuzsa’s expertise also includes working on capital markets and financial regulatory matters, guiding banks and other financial institutions through complex, international regulatory environments.
