Commercial, corporate and M&AHogan Lovells has invested heavily in its Saudi offering, establishing a fully integrated Riyadh office and acquiring a regional headquarters license in January and July 2024 respectively. Jeremy Brittenden and Turki Alsheikh co-lead the practice, and Fahad Alrashed, Abdullah Alhaylan, Abdulaziz Alabbad, and Abdulrahman Alrashed joined the firm from in-house roles in June 2024.
