AS&H Clifford Chance's projects and energy team is ‘versatile,’ integrated and capable of resourcing complex project financings solely from their Riyadh office. The large practice is renowned for its work on ambitious and high-profile mega and giga-projects across diverse sectors, many of which are collaborations with the government.   • Acted for the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in coordination with the National Centre for Privatization and PPP and the Ministry of Finance, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the procurement of the Al Ansar Hospital Project.
  • Advised Badeel as sponsor in connection with the ASB 1 and ASB 2 Solar PV projects, having a total capacity of around 2.36 Giga-Watts.
  • Advised Jeddah Central Development Co on the redevelopment of Jeddah’s waterfront corniche, creating a tourist, residential and commercial destination, to become the Jeddah Central Project.
