  • Advised Circularity Scotland Limited on a term loan facility of £18m to be used to help fund the start-up costs of its role as administrator of Scotland's Deposit Return Scheme. The Scheme is the first of its kind in the UK and is intended to help people recycle billions of single-use drinks containers every year.
  • Advised Devro in relation to an increase in its banking facilities to £90m, comprising both term and revolving credit facilities as well as an accordion option for additional facilities to be provided by a syndicate of five lenders.
