Highly rated for its cross-border expertise, the family law practice at Morton Fraser MacRoberts (the result of the late-2023 merger between Morton Fraser and MacRoberts LLP) advises on complex financial provision cases and international family law matters as well as private and public child law, while assisting farming clients with divorce and financial provision matters constitutes another key area of expertise. Following the retirement of Rhona Adams in April 2023, mediator and expert in international divorce work Lucia Clark now jointly heads the practice with Fiona Sasan, an accredited family law specialist with particular strength in arbitration and collaborative work.
