Anderson Strathern serves a diverse range of clients including public bodies, contractors, education institutions, and developers. The team is co-led by Martin Whiteford, who specialises in non-contentious construction issues, particularly focusing on procurement strategies and construction contracts. Fellow practice co-head Pat Loftus concentrates on the urban regeneration and renewables sector, providing advice on commercial contracts and their associated risks. In August 2023, Karyn Watt retired from the partnership and transitioned to a consultant role, and Alistair Dean left the firm.

- Advised Ripple Energy on the construction of the Kirk Hill Wind Farm. This is the largest consumer owned wind farm in the UK and the project won the judge’s award at the Scottish Green Energy Awards in 2023.
