  • Advised NCR Corporation on a complex intra-group reorganisation, through which NCR Corporation divided its business into two separate group structures.
  • Acted (as Serbian legal counsel) for the lender (The Export-Import Bank of China) on a facility agreement with UniCredit Bank Serbia JSC Belgrade (as borrower).
