The practice has notable strengths in assisting corporations with patent and trade mark prosecution and enforcement work, and customs enforcement matters. Mihajlo Zatezalo handles trade mark litigation and enforcements;, while Mirjana Živković advises on large multinationals’ IP portfolios and enforcement programmes.
