  • Advising SATS, as Singapore antitrust counsel, on the Singapore antitrust aspects of the joint merger notification to the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore in relation to a US$2.3 billion proposed acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services, through its subsidiary company SATS International SAS.
