Work highlights

Acted for the borrowers in the S$3bn green loan syndicated facility agreement in relation to the redevelopment of 8 Shenton Way.
Acted as lead counsel for a syndicate of offshore lenders in the grant of S$246m and $75m loan facilities to ECW Treasure and Zhejiang Fuzhou E-Commerce to refinance existing debt obligations of the group and fund the acquisition of Fuzhou E-Commerce.
Acted as Singapore counsel to IBC Capital, Goodpack, and Goodpack IBC (Singapore) in a $790m term loan and revolving facilities.
