- Advised DBS and OCBC as lenders in the financing the £718 million acquisition of 52 Lime Street, one of the largest office deals struck in Britain amid the pandemic.
- Acted for the Manager of ESR-LOGOS REIT to effect the change of trustee from RBC Investor Services Trust Singapore Limited to Perpetual (Asia) Limited.
- Instructed by Slaughter & May (London) in YTL PowerSeraya's S$270 million acquisition of the Tuaspring power station from Hyflux. The deal arose out of Hyflux's controversial liquidation.
