Work highlights

Defended TSCE in a High Court Suit brought by ICOP Construction (SG) in relation to certain disputes arising out of a project concerning the construction of an underground pipeline from the AYE/Henderson Road to River Valley Road.
Represented HDB in successfully resisting injunction applications on the calling of a performance bond and a banker’s guarantee.
Advised Mandai Park Development on the project documentation, contract administration and the resolution of claims and disputes relating to the rejuvenation of Mandai into an integrated nature and wildlife destination in Singapore.
