Work highlights
- Defended CSYA and Chan Sau Yan against claims of fraud, conspiracy, negligence, breach of contractual obligations and breach of duty as an architect in the construction of three good class bungalows in one of the longest construction trials in Singapore.
- Acted for Diamond Glass Enterprise in a cross-appeals to the AD, clarifying two areas of Singapore law in the process.
- Drafted the contract for the S$350m refit and additions and alterations works for Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
