- Instructed to assist and advise the Audit and Risk Committee of SPH Media Holdings Private Limited to further investigate and assess the legal and risk implications in connection with the findings set out in the Deloitte Investigation report dated 2 November 2022 and the SPH Media Audit and Risk Division report (last updated on 17 January 2023) for the review period from 1 September 2020 to 31 March 2022.
