  • Acted for MHC Medical Network in defending substantial claims filed by a group of nine Access Medical clinics owned and operated by Dr Lim Yong Chin.
  • Represented a mother and her son in obtaining a confidential settlement of their multi-million S$ claim against the National University Hospital (NUH) and its senior consultant/clinical director of the Division of Maternal Foetal Medicine, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology for not acting upon test results showing that the mother was positive for toxoplasmosis and not taking any steps to prevent her foetus (now her child) contracting the disease.
