- Acted for MHC Medical Network in defending substantial claims filed by a group of nine Access Medical clinics owned and operated by Dr Lim Yong Chin.
- Represented a mother and her son in obtaining a confidential settlement of their multi-million S$ claim against the National University Hospital (NUH) and its senior consultant/clinical director of the Division of Maternal Foetal Medicine, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology for not acting upon test results showing that the mother was positive for toxoplasmosis and not taking any steps to prevent her foetus (now her child, Arthur Dorize, French national) contracting the disease.
