Simmons & Simmons JWS’s dispute resolution practice continues to handle high-stakes litigation in Singapore, frequently advising financial institutions, asset management and investment funds, and commodities and trading firms. Spearheading the team is Mohammed Reza, who covers all areas of commercial litigation and arbitration, with much of his work being international in scope, regularly advising on disputes involving financial institutions and multinational corporations across various business sectors.
