  • Advised a syndicate of 12 lenders on the approx. $1bn Facility Agreement in relation to the financing, construction and operation of ReNew Power’s “Round the Clock” Project (comprising 900MW of wind capacity, 400MW of solar capacity and a battery energy storage system) across five sites in three states in India.
  • Acted for a consortium of lenders (with SMBC and Mizuho acting as Coordinating Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners and Green Loan Coordinators) on the $750m green loan facility to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero).
