- Advised 20 lenders from Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the USA on claims valued at approximately AU$800 million regarding breaches of fiduciary duties and misleading conduct on part of the lenders.
- Acted for a large Middle Eastern LNG terminal owner and operator on an arbitration against its EPC contractor in a complex arbitration regarding variations, additional cost, delays, and outstanding defects valued at over USD$ 586 million.
- Advised a regional government entity in Singapore-seated SIAC arbitrations relating to major structural and geotechnical defects in the design and construction of a significant housing project with claims valued in excess of SGD$ 100 million.
