Defending a cryptocurrency company in an arbitration commenced by a billionaire investor who had purchased approximately US$40 million worth of native cryptocurrency tokens. Following the cryptocurrency crash in 2022, the investor commenced arbitration alleging, among others, that the cryptocurrency company had committed bribery to procure the investment.
