  • Successfully represented PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), part of the Kuok Group of Singapore, in an investment treaty arbitration against Mexico, administered by ICSID under the UNCITRAL Rules, in connection with the expropriation of claimant’s investment in the Mexican offshore marine services industry.
