- Representing the local subsidiary of SunEdison Inc, an American renewable energy company, in two parallel proceedings related to the development of a large-scale, grid-tied solar power project in Bangladesh; the dispute arose in relation the allegedly improper termination of a power purchase agreement, allegedly in the wake of refugees from Myanmar entering Bangladesh.
