Defending a wind turbine manufactuer against allegations of defects in US$750 million in Indian-law governed claims for loss of economic value, loss of revenue, loss of reputation and increased finance costs by an owner in an Indian-seated arbitration spanning across four different wind turbine projects.
Advised the founder of a leading Indian fintech company in connection with SIAC Emergency Arbitration proceedings arising out of a Shareholders Agreement for a business operating in QR code transactions.
Representing two subsidiaries of a leading global financial services and banking company as respondents in an SIAC arbitration commenced by a former mining magnate and businessman in Australia and his associated companies. The claims put forward by the individual and his associated companies arose out of a merger between certain Australian companies and include allegations of misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duties, and breach of trust.
