Clifford Chance has a broad range of experience navigating cases through different arbitrational forums such as the ICC, SIAC, and ICSID. The team has in-depth knowledge of disputes across a variety of sectors, including banking and finance, oil and gas, aviation, and energy. The international arbitration and dispute resolution practice is co-headed by Nish Shetty and Paul Sandosham. Shetty regularly assists private equity funds, multinational corporations, and major financial institutions. Sandosham specialises in disputes relating to large-scale development projects, including powerplants, industrial buildings, and oil refineries. With more than two decades of experience, Kabir Singh is another integral member of the team, who is skilled with handling complex investment disputes.
