Ashurst LLP’s international projects group is often instructed by financial institutions, government entities and public and private companies on large-scale renewable energy, transportation, water, mining and refining projects. Green and sustainability linked loan arrangements have also been a key recent area of work for the department. The practice has a broad reach, with the group advising on a high volume of multinational mandates. Alfred Ng co-heads the practice with Jean-Louis Neves Mandelli and Scott Baggett; the latter two joined the group in mid-2023. Richard Guit, Michael Harrison and Daniel Reinbott left the firm in mid-2023.
